Free Shipping Within the USA

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States. This includes all pallet and truckload purchases, unless otherwise noted on specific product listings.

Please note:

  • Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

  • If you are located outside of our free shipping zone, please contact us for a custom freight quote.


Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the size/type of your order.

  • Most pallet orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Full truckload deliveries may require additional coordination and can take 5–10 business days depending on freight schedules and distance.


Freight & Truckload Deliveries

For larger shipments or full truckloads:

  • Deliveries are made via freight carriers and require someone to be available to receive and unload the shipment.

  • Liftgate service is available upon request for an additional fee (if not included).

  • You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time.


Tracking & Communication

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number with carrier information.

  • Real-time delivery updates (where available).

  • Direct support from our team should any delivery issues arise.


Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging and securing all shipments. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged:

  • Please inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

  • Take photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
